Q: What is coaching? A: To put it simply, you hire a coach when you’re ready to make a change. When you feel out of alignment or like you’re not fully living the life you want. Maybe you have a big dream but don’t know how to make it real. Maybe you’re stuck in negative patterns and done playing small. Maybe your life feels chaotic. Or maybe you know what to do but need accountability to follow through. I’ve been there. I can help you align with your vision of your best self.

Q: Is coaching the same as therapy? A: Not at all. Therapists help you explore past experiences and how they affect you today. Coaches focus on your present and future—helping you set goals, create momentum, and stay accountable. Coaching can complement therapy or stand alone as a powerful tool for growth and transformation.

Q: What is a typical coaching session like? A: Our work evolves with your needs. Sessions are typically 60 minutes via video call. I hold you accountable and am accessible between sessions if you get stuck. Each session is tailored to your journey—combining inquiry, strategy, and mindset work. You’ll receive “homework” such as journaling, actions, or reading to deepen your progress.

Q: What coaching formats do you offer? A: I offer private 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and various levels of support in between—designed to meet you wherever you are on your journey.

Q: Who benefits most from working with you? A: Mid-career professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives who feel burned out, overwhelmed, or stuck despite external success. If you crave clarity, energy, and aligned momentum with holistic support, you’ll thrive here.

Q: Who are the retreats for? A: Retreats are for anyone wanting to reset, recharge, and reconnect in a supportive, intentional space. Perfect for those experiencing burnout, soul-searchers seeking alignment, or anyone needing rest and transformation. Unless specified, retreats are co-ed and open to all genders.

Q: Are retreats co-ed or women-only? A: Unless specifically noted as women-only or men-only, retreats are open to all genders.

Q: What can I expect during a retreat? A: A thoughtfully designed experience including healing movement (yoga, qi gong), mindfulness, coaching, group connection, and ample space to rest and reflect. Retreats provide a safe container for deep physical, mental, and emotional reset.

Q: Do I need prior yoga or meditation experience to attend? A: No experience required. Practices are gentle, inclusive, and adaptable for all levels.

Q: What’s included in the retreat package? A: Typically accommodations, daily movement and coaching sessions, nourishing meals, and group activities. Some retreats may include extras like airport transfers or special workshops—see the specific retreat page for full details.
